【沖涼真係好有用!】每天回家,最放鬆的時候就是沖涼,除了把一天的污垢、疲憊感全部沖走之外,又可以令身體放鬆更易入睡,亦有不少人喜愛在朝早上學上班前沖涼,因為有助醒神。不過,最近就有研究發現,原來早上沖涼有助減少暗瘡!馬上一起來探究一下吧!

早沖提神 晚沖提升睡意

有人喜歡晚上洗澡,因為可以沖走一天的污垢和疲憊感,而且令身體放鬆更易入睡;喜歡早洗的就可以除身上的倦意,以清新狀態迎接新一天。不過,其實早洗和晚洗都各有好處,主要是看天氣和個人膚質而定。

美國亞利桑那大學的睡眠與健康研究項目主任Michael Grandner的研究指出,不同時候洗澡所帶來的效果主要是與體溫有關。因此,朝早起身洗澡是能最快擺脫睡意,皆因熱水能即時提高體溫,從而喚醒身體感官,而在晚上洗澡則能讓人加速排汗,有如做完運動的感覺,以使感覺清爽之餘,亦能提高人的睡意。

晚上不洗澡就蒙頭大睡 會易變過敏體質

專家還指出,晚上回家後,最好先洗澡再上床睡,因外出後整個人(尤其是頭髮),都會沾染到灰塵、刺激物以及各種不同的過敏原,如晚上不洗澡就蒙頭大睡,會將污染物帶到床上,久而久之便會令身體變成過敏體質。

早上洗澡能減少油脂分泌

早上起來後洗澡能刺激和活化皮膚細胞,從而減少皮膚油脂分泌,所以對於擁有油性或暗瘡肌膚的女生來說,早上洗澡就最適合不過;但是長時間在熱暖水溫之中,會令肌膚變得乾燥,所以最好就不要洗太久,以免造成反後果。

冬天最好朝早不洗澡?

不過,根據美國喬治華盛頓大學皮膚病學助理教授Brandon Mitchell所示,原來冬天時不應在早上洗澡,由於冬季天氣較為乾燥,而熱水會帶走皮膚上的水份,令皮膚更為乾燥,即使洗澡後塗上保濕乳液,但毛孔都未完全吸收就要穿著衣服,不但會令衣服沾上乳液,還會使衣物和皮膚有種黐立立的感覺。因此,教授Brandon會建議大家冬季最好晚上洗澡,沖洗過後毛孔擴張,便是肌膚最佳吸收的時機,且有一整晚的時間能讓肌膚吸收,令皮膚更水潤。

It took me one hour and 45 minutes to get home from work today. Traffic was basically at a standstill, I had no food with me, and it was the end of a very long work week. If I had been in this situation a year ago, I probably would have lost my sh*t 🤯 stress, panic, anger and frustration would have been my go to reactions. I’ve noticed that since I’ve made a conscious effort to become more mindful and self-aware, however, things have shifted. . Instead of stressing myself out the whole drive and trying to “relax” once I got home by numbing my emotions with food and hours of Netflix, I decided to make the best of a crappy situation. I listened to podcasts and music, enjoyed the fact that it’s warm and the sun is still shining past 4pm (#winteriscoming), and focused on deep breathing. . When I got home, I got into my pjs, had some oatmeal, drew up this bath and filled it with Epsom/Himalayan salts and lavender essential oil, put on Spotify’s “relaxing guitar” playlist (the absolute best), and made a big ass mug of cinnamon apple chamomile tea. And I feel fan-freaking-tastic right now 🧘🏻‍♀️✨ . I’m sharing this little story because I want to give everyone a gentle reminder that it’s ok to SLOW DOWN. From work to commuting to everyday responsibilities, there are so many things that constantly demand our time, energy and attention. I really encourage you all to give yourself a little extra love this weekend, and see how you feel 💛
